History of NINAGAWA STUDIO

 

1984 September  GEKISHA NINAGAWA STUDIO started at Benisan Studio in Tokyo.
  November 22nd.  the first performance “Three Sisters (Keikoba to iu na no gekijyou de jyouen sareru
 Sannin shimai witten by Chekhov)” was played at Benisan Pit.
1985 June  95kg to 97kg no aida(written by Kunio Shimizu)was played at Benisan Pit.
  October  Sakuhin tachi(constructed by Yukio Ninagawa) was played at PARCO SPACE PART3.
1986 July “NINAGWA Syounen syouzyo kotekitainiyoru Chi no konrei” (written by Kunio Shimizu)
 was played at Benisan Pit.
1987 May

“Niji no bacteria” (written by Isamu Uno)was played at Benisan Pit.

“Gips” (written by Isamu Uno)was played at Benisan Pit.
1991  

 Changed a name into “The Young NINAGAWA Company.”

  January “1991 Matsu” was played at Benisan Pit.
1992    Changed a name into “The Young NINAGAWA Company.”
  January “1992 Matsu” was played at Benisan Pit.
1993 January “1993 Matsu” was played at Benisan Pit.
1996    Changed a name into “The NINAGAWA Company Dash”
  November “1996 Matsu” was played at Benisan Pit.
1998 June “1998 Matsu” was played at Benisan Pit.
1999 June “Chi no konrei” was played at Benisan Pit.
2001 October “2001 Matsu” was played at Benisan Pit.
2003 July “2003 Matsu” was played at Benisan Pit.
2004    Changed a name into “NINAGAWA STUDIO”
